The library's self-service request points are open 24/7.
Location
They are located:

Adsetts Library - on level 4 opposite the returns area

Collegiate Library - on level 0 in Quiet Study
All requests will be clearly labelled, you should only visit the library to collect your items if you have a received an email to say they are ready.
