What accessible learning spaces does the library have?
Answer
Your library provides a range of accessible spaces for you to use. Your Assistive Technology Resource (ATR) spaces can be booked in advance or used without a booking if that suits you best. Information regarding how to book a PC can be found on your 24 hour learning spaces page, or go directly to the booking system to make a booking.
What is an ATR space?
An Assistive Technology Resource space has a Windows PC and assistive furniture such as a height adjustable desk and an ergonomic chair. These spaces are available for students who have this agreed as part of their learning contract. These spaces can be booked in advance or used without a booking. We are very pleased that all University provided accessibility software can be accessed from any library PC via Apps Anywhere. |
Where are the ATR spaces in the library?
ATR spaces are included throughout the libraries and provide space for you to work with friends and course mates both with and without learning contracts. You can find out below the specific names and locations of the ATR spaces to find an area that suits you best. If you would like, you can then book the ATR PC in advance to guarantee access.
