How long will it take for my requested items to be ready?
Answer
Available books. If the books are available, we will look for them the next working day (Monday - Friday) after you have made your request. You will be notified by email when books are ready to collect from the library's self-service Request points. If for any reason this may take a bit longer we will let you know.
Books currently on loan. If the book(s) you request are on loan to someone else this will take longer. Books out on loan will need to be recalled so how long it takes for them to be available will depend on how quickly the books are returned to the library.
If you need access to something urgently we recommend you check Library Search to see if it's available online - this is the quickest way to access library resources.
