Can I sign a Guest into the library with me?

Current Sheffield Hallam University students and staff are welcome to sign in one Guest (aged 18 or over) into the library during their visit to support and benefit their learning experience. Please see section 5 of the Hallam Library Access Policy for full details.
Individuals that require the use of the library for themselves on a regular basis, or individuals who Sheffield Hallam students and members of staff require to accompany them over an extended period, must register for Membership.
Please note that children (anyone aged 17 or under) cannot be signed in as a Guest. Please see our Can I bring my children into the libraries? FAQ for further details.
We are unable to accommodate Guests of Associate Members, Partner Students, or Visitors.
